Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again but will retain access until the period ends. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
Annual & 6-Month Plans
If you purchased an annual or 6-month plan and are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@lc.viralhijack.com and we will review your case. Refund decisions after 7 days are at our sole discretion.
Charter, Founding-Member & Promotional Offers
Charter, founding-member, and other promotional packages — whether paid in full or through an installment plan — are limited-time discounted offers. Payments already made are non-refundable and are not prorated. For an installment plan, cancelling stops all future scheduled payments and the associated credit grants and forfeits the conversion to lifetime access; credits already delivered remain subject to this policy. If you were charged in error, the Exceptions below apply.
Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-refundable. Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon purchase and constitute a completed digital transaction. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund if: you were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical billing failure), or if the service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period.
