Viral Video Hijack is operated by Smairt.AI. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Data We Collect
Account data: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional). Payment data: processed entirely by our payment provider — we never store your credit card number, bank details, or payment credentials on our servers. Usage data: credits used, jobs processed, tier level, login activity. Video data: videos you upload for watermark removal are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted after your job completes.
3. How We Use Your Data
To operate and improve the VH platform. To process payments and manage your subscription. To communicate with you about your account or support requests. To enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, including authentication and database hosting, payment processing, video file storage, and AI processing services. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.
4a. Text Messages (SMS)
If you opt in to Autoposter text alerts, we use your mobile number only to send the account notifications you signed up for (see our SMS Terms at viralhijack.com/sms-terms). Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded videos are deleted immediately after processing. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. Contact us at support@lc.viralhijack.com to exercise any of these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access-controlled databases. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
VH is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
