Payment data: processed entirely by our payment provider — we never store your credit card number, bank details, or payment credentials on our servers. Usage data: credits used, jobs processed, tier level, login activity. Video data: videos you upload for watermark removal are temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted after your job completes.
3. How We Use Your Data
To operate and improve the VH platform. To process payments and manage your subscription. To communicate with you about your account or support requests. To enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, including authentication and database hosting, payment processing, video file storage, and AI processing services.
