1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your purchase of the Facebook follower-growth service offered at viralhijack.com/5000, operated by Smairt AI DBA Viral Hijack ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using this service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
We manage a Facebook advertising campaign, run through your own Meta ad account, designed to grow your Facebook Page's follower count toward the threshold Meta requires to unlock direct Amazon product linking from Facebook Reels. This includes campaign setup, ad creative, targeting, testing, optimization, and ongoing management.
3. Your Cooperation & Access
To perform this service, we need access to your Meta Business Manager and your own Meta ad account, and you're responsible for keeping a valid payment method on that ad account to cover your own ad spend (billed to you directly by Meta, separate from our fee). Facebook may require phone verification on a new ad account; you're responsible for completing that verification when asked. We can't perform the service without this cooperation.
4. Payment
The current price is $1,995, payable either as a single payment or as two payments of $1,100 spaced 30 days apart. The price and payment options presented to you at the time you join and are onboarded govern your purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
5. Refund & Performance Policy
Sales are generally final. If, after repeated good-faith attempts, we cannot establish a working advertising setup necessary to perform the service, or cannot get your Facebook Page to 5,000 followers within 30 days, you are eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Third-Party Platforms
This service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon.com, Inc., or TikTok Inc. Each of these companies controls its own platform, advertising programs, eligibility requirements, and functionality, and may change any of them at any time without notice. We help you qualify under today's rules; we can't control or guarantee future platform changes.
7. Results & Outcomes
We manage the campaign toward the 5,000-follower threshold — we don't guarantee what happens after you cross it. Facebook ultimately controls ad delivery, and Amazon and TikTok control their own program eligibility and payouts. 8. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All software, creative, and materials we use to deliver this service remain our property. Your Facebook Page, ad account, Business Manager, and followers remain yours at all times. You agree not to use this service in connection with any activity that violates Meta's, Amazon's, or TikTok's terms of service, or applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smairt AI DBA Viral Hijack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including changes made by Meta, Amazon, or TikTok to their own platforms or programs.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
