When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, plus a referral code if you arrived through a partner or affiliate link (for example, ?ref=). If you complete a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, phone number, and payment details directly, and shares with us the transaction result, amount, and a session reference — we do not receive or store your full card number. We also use standard web analytics (Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use our pages, which may use cookies or local storage.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use waitlist and customer information to follow up with you personally about this offer, to deliver and manage the service you've purchased, to track affiliate/referral attribution so partners are credited correctly, and to send you service-related and marketing communications by email and text.
4. How We Store and Share Your Information
Waitlist submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet (with a Google Chat alert as a backup if that fails) for internal follow-up. Customer/purchase records are stored in our database. We use GoHighLevel as our CRM and email/SMS platform to manage communications and onboarding. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy (Stripe, Google, GoHighLevel) who process it on our behalf to deliver the service, and except where required by law.
5. Marketing Communications & Opt-Out
By providing your email or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about this and related offers by email and text message. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Opting out does not affect service-related communications required to deliver a service you've already purchased.
